MTO (Made to Order) Products are created when ordered. We do not pre-stock these items, so please keep this in mind when placing your order - if you need your order by a certain date, the processing time may impact this!
A valid email address or phone number is required for MTO Products. Since these products are made just for you, we want to be able to contact you if any additional information is needed.
Processing times will vary by product. Please refer to the product's information page for processing times.
Payment is required before your product is made. All MTO Product sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for these orders.
